Connection coming and going after fresh installation

Just had fibre 250 installed yesterday and the connection keep coming for a few minutes and then disappearing for hours.

 

I tried using that customer service website but it just doesn't work, clicking the "Contact our team" button does absolutely nothing. Would be good if there was some kind of support available to fix this, but it looks like talktalk just wants to avoid and support queries. If you're going to try and offload all the customer service phone lines at least make sure the website is working.

Perhaps someone can have a look at why my internet is not working, and also fix the "Contact our team" button? For what it's worth I'm using the latest chrome/firefox version (neither work) on windows 10.

If you still have a phone service you are on FTTC (g.fast) 

 

@Karl-TalkTalk both FTTP and FTTC (g.fast) have modems before the router.

There's an openreach modem before the talk talk one.

 

(The internet light on this is off, it was on when the internet was working)

Do you just have a TalkTalk router connected to the phone socket, or is their a BT modem first.

Can I just confirm, is this Future Fibre (FTTP) or G.fast (FTTC)?
