I'm currently without the connection, it seems a network problem, because the router is correctly synced to the cabinet at max speed, but it is unable to authenticate, apparently.
I tried both with the TalkTalk router, as well as with a Netgear router - in both cases the connection is down.
Is there anyone from the staff who could check my line?
The service status is not showing any network issues at the moment.
