I have had issues through mid2020- 2021 it was constant dropping and then same time of evening on a Sunday for 5 hours. Then I was getting 20mins- 3 hour outages randomly, couple of times a week. I've been getting similar running up of drops for 20-50mins occasionally then the past two months I've had long outagest for 1-5 hours on and off, day and night and early hours of the morning. It's driving me up the flaming wall. I've been sat here for 2.5 hours now, with no internet and I only get 2gb of data on my mobile. What drives me insane it's happening for those long periods of time from 8-9pm for hours and it's when you cannot speak to a human to get it sorted. Or at 11pm-3am which my that point Ive just gone to bed because I cannot work without it. I need my internet for business most my customers are over seas so I need to work at a time that suits them. Ive had complaints from customers because of this. How can someone work when they remotely work from home with theseass of issues. Come on talk talk get a 24/7 Customer Contact number and sort these issues before you lose them.

Hi
One of our tests is showing a possible issue. I've logged a fault to Openreach to investigate.
Thanks
Karl.
