Could one of the staff please advise me as to my contract end date. i've had a look at my bill but can't see it ans we all know about the fault on the system.

Expand your bill and look for the discount end date on your main package or boosts.
If they are not there on your latest bill you are likely out of contract, so hunt back through previous bills.
