Contract not upgraded

Hi

on the 3rd April I upgraded my package to super fast fibre.  However my contract is still on my previous package.  
how do I find out when my package will be changed?

my contract was due to end on the 9th April and I have just been billed for the previous package

Hi LornaSC,

Can you please update your community profile to include your:

  • Name
  • Telephone number
  • Alternative contact number

@LornaSC , wait for TT staff to reply to this - it can take them several days to reach new threads,  I am afraid. 

 

To speed things up for them, please complete your community forum profile details.  Go via your avatar (top right); settings; launch profile wizard; save any changes. 

 

This will enable them to find your account. 

 

Staff work from oldest to newest posts, so it is best if you now wait to hear back from them.  Further posting would push your thread back in the queue.
