Critical Error Huawai router

We had fibre broadband installed a couple of weeks ago and everyday we notice the connection drops out at certain times I looked in the logs and it shows critical error I have attached today's logs.

Hi @Thickjedi,

 

The 'kernel panic' entries shown in your log are a known problem, presumably your router is currently running firmware version 1.05.

 

The staff here will be able to push firmware version 1.06 to your router, this new firmware version is designed to resolve this known 'kernel panic' issue.

 

For one of the TalkTalk staff on this community to be able to look into this you will need to update your community profile to include your name, landline telephone number that your TalkTalk service is provided on & an alternative contact number. This will allow them to identify you, and they will then be able to help.

 

Don't post any personal details in this thread, just add them to your community profile.

 

Then they will hopefully be able to respond to this post tomorrow.
