D-Link modem dead after storm

The storm last night took out my D-Link DSL-3782 modem and filter. Modem power supply checked and is fine (12VDC). No lights at all on router. Can't seem to contact TalkTalk at all. How do I get them (TalkTalk) to replace the modem?
