I've just set up a new broadband subscription for a flat I am moving into, and an engineer is due to come to set up on July 18th.

 

I move into the property on the 15th, and it is currently vacant, so is it possible to change the delivery address for the router to my current address so I am available to receive it?

Hi James,

 

Routers are only sent out just before the go live date so you would be unlikely to receive it before the 15th anyway
