Is there any way of obtaining clear names of devices connected to my router / wi-fi please?
I've logged in to My Account and also to my router and in both instances there are numerous devices that show as just a string of letters and numbers. When I search these letters / numbers online I get nothing that helps. How can I or Talk Talk remedy this please as currently I don't have surety as to what is currently connected whish isn't great.
Also, is there a way to revise or delete device names?
Lastly, why did I have to register to use the online community help when I already have login details for My Account - seems ludicrous and yet another set of login details!

You need to check in the router for this, which make/model of router do you have? Then I will be able to help you.
