After being on to a retentions advisor for 45 minutes and being on the verge of renewing my contract, the only thing stopping me was an ongoing issue with WiFi dropouts so until this is sorted the advisor couldn't renew. He then transferred me to a technical advisor. After waiting while listening to the music on hold I was then disconnected. No problem I thought, I'll try the live chat, entered my details, technical help etc. Was placed in a queue, gradually getting closer to number 1 position, guess what? This service is currently unavailable try later. Wondering if its worth the hassle or go elsewhere.
