I recently had a TT engineer here to look at a different issue. Whilst here he commented how old my router was so replaced it with one from his van. Unfortunately that one has major issues with VPN and having googled it, it appears this is very much a known issue so is rather annoying he gave me this. How do I get it replaced? It's making working form home very problematic. I did just call you tech/customer support who went through 45 minutes of tests and then hung up whilst still testing 😞 so I am not particularly keen to ring back and do all of that again. The router I have been given is a Dlink DSL3782 and there appears to be a lot of people having VPN issues with these.

Apologies for this. I have ordered you a different make and model of router.
Please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive. Let us know how the connection compares with this router.
