I have Faster Fibre. Supposed down load speed of 35Mbs. Line test is around that. Device tests (iPad, laptop, etc) al give 2.7 Mbs. Netflix is slow, buffers and is low definition. I have the latest TT router. This is not normal ?

Thank you. I've run a test on the line now which hasn't detected a fault and the sync speed looks consistent. How do the speeds compare if you connect wired? Have you tried switching the router off for a full 30 minutes and then retested the speed again as this will reset the current session and can often increase the throughput speed.

Are you able to do a speed test from a wired device, to see if that gives any better speed than a wireless test.
If a wired test is also slow have you tried switching the router off for over 30 minutes, then when you switch it back on it will start a new 'session', this can sometimes help it reconnect at a better speed.
For one of the TalkTalk staff on this community to be able to look into this you will need to update your community profile to include your name, landline telephone number that your TalkTalk service is provided on & an alternative contact number. This will allow them to identify you, and they will then be able to help.
Don't post any personal details in this thread, just add them to your community profile.
Then they will hopefully be able to respond to this post tomorrow.
