Do you have a printer that has an ink subscription, I think the monitoring app can cause this type of log entry

They may have something to do with TV, the IP address appears to be a multicast address - are you using Netflix or another streaming service?

Line test is passing, current sync speed is 65.9Mbps.

Have you continued to get the log entries?

Hi edzusbalodis,

I'm sorry for the delay. How have you found the stability since this router has been connected?

Thanks

Hi edzusbalodis,

I'm sorry for the delay. I've re-run the line test which hasn't detected a fault and I can still see a few re-connections on the line. Do you have an alternative router that you can test with? If not then we can send a replacement router for testing purposes to rule this out.

Thanks

Message 11 of 23

As we talked . I'll post results after 48hours test socket usage.

Results are interesting. Max rate decreased by 6Mbps and there is few more errors in downstream .

Hi edzusbalodis,

Just to confirm, has the connection been unstable since the router has been connected to the test socket?

Thanks

Hi edzusbalodis,

Thank you. I've re-run the line test again now just to check if this is still clear, which it is. Would it be possible to post back here on Friday and we can re-check your connection stats again to see if DLM has made any changes to the sync speed?

Thanks

Hi edzusbalodis,

Thanks for confirming this. Would it be possible to connect the router at the test socket for at least 48hrs so we can see if DLM increases the sync speed?

Thanks

Hi edzusbalodis,

I've run a test on the line which hasn't detected a fault, however I can see that the sync speed has dropped slightly. Does your master socket have a test socket? Is the voice service ok with no noise on the line?

Thanks
