I reported a problem about download speed, keeps dropping down to zero. It still keeps happening every day.

Sorry to hear this. I've re-run the line test now which is clear and the sync speed looks consistent. Just to confirm, are you connected wired or wireless when the speeds are dropping?

I've completed a line test which hasn't detected any faults and your line is in sync at 15.8mb
