Hi there I renewed my contract last month and upgraded to fibre 65 which is now active but i haven't received any email yet regarding the free echo dot which was part of the new contract.Can anybody help me please.

Hi Ady

It is now 37 days since my Fibre 65 went live and i still haven't received any email regarding the free Echo dot with amazon smart plug.Can you look into this for me please.

Hi David411, the email comes within 37 days of your order going live. If it hasn't after that please let us know.
