My go live date is on Friday and I have a timeslot for the engineer to come visit. The email says I need to be home while the engineer comes to set up my router, however I also got a text saying I don't need to be in for their visit so now I'm not sure which one is correct. I don't work from home so I need to know if I need to be at home during the timeslot. Thanks

Are you a brand new customer to TalkTalk, or are you upgrading from one TalkTalk package to another ?
What package are you going live with (i.e. Fibre 35, 65, 150 etc) ?
Have you been sent a TalkTalk router through the post ?
For one of the TalkTalk staff on this community to be able to look into this you will need to update your community profile to include your name, landline telephone number that your TalkTalk service is provided on & an alternative contact number. This will allow them to identify you, and they will then be able to help.
Don't post any personal details in this thread, just add them to your community profile.
Then they will hopefully be able to respond to this post tomorrow.
