After a visit yesterday from an engineer to install future fibre I now have no service. At talktalks request my copper wire has been removed and future fibre was not feasible to install. I now have no service and was told that it would take 7 working days. This is completely unacceptable. All I re quite is for a return to fibre 35 package and the copper line to be reinstalled.
