Hi - I've seen a one-off cost appear on my bill from May (£50), which is label as Equipment Charge. I'm not sure what this is and can only assume it's a charge for not returning my router. If it is, then I returned the router in the pre-paid pouch that was supplied with my router.
Any one else have this issue where you've returned the router, but been charged by TT?

I've seen several reports of issues like this, it does sound like the logging of returns is not as good as it could be !. Do you have any proof of postage / collection ?
The support team here won't be back until Monday, they will be able to look into this for you then, but if you did have any document that proves it was returned then this may be something that would help them.
