I received 2 texts from City Fibre asking me to confirm installation for 1st April, however, I have not asked for this or had any information about it, so have not replied to the texts. I thought it might have been a scam. At the moment I do not want it, plus I don't want workmen in my house, and anyway that date is inconvenient.
2CityFibre workmen with vans were outside my house yesterday morning doing some work on the pavement.
I have tried to contact City Fibre and TalkTalk to confirm I have not requested it; City Fibre say I have to sort it with TalkTalk as they gave the order to them on 25 March.
I have done an online chat with a TalkTalk operator who says they have no record of the installation.
I just want confirmation that they are not needing to come into my house at the moment.

I'll let staff know that you were given a date, but have NOT asked for nor accepted an order, @Morris37.
Edit: actually, this has already been reported today, so staff are aware.
