Hi. On 3rd Apr 2020 I started a 24 month Faster Fibre and line rental Broadband package for £22.95 per month. It ended this month (April 2022) and now my monthly bill is £39. Can I possibly change or adjust my new deal after the old one?

For info, 'Faster Fibre' has now been renamed, so the equivalent package now is called 'Fibre 35'.
The old package called 'Faster Fibre with speed boost' is now called 'Fibre 65'

Yes of course, you can sign up for a new contract which will give you a much better price, if you log into 'My Account' you will probably have upgrade deals showing in there. You could also call 0345 172 0088 and ask for the 'Loyalty Team', they would be able to get you the best deal on a new contract.
