Hi. Just joined talktalk, router arrived earlier this week and engineer came today to fit master socket.
Router connected to master socket (pre-filtered) and plugged in to power supply but no lights on (power button also on on the router). Have tried in alternative power supply sockets and still not coming on! Been online but no help for this issue available, can't get to speak with anyone on the phone nor online chat.
Urgently need issue to be resolved as I work for NHS and they are planning to get my team working from work in next few weeks!
