Hi, just had the fibre 150 installed yesterday but my speeds have been all over the place anything from 30-110, we run a WiFi booster upstairs but the engineer said that this could slow speeds as it runs the WiFi through the electricity cables, so did try without, the modem he installed he said will have 4 solid green lights but having just checked the power and DSL lights are solid green, there is no light for Internet and the LAN light is constant flashing green, do I have an issue with the modem

Thanks

What make/model of both TalkTalk router & WiFi booster do you have?

Slow speed, intermittent dropouts, breaks in the signal, or no signal on some or all devices, might be caused by Wi-Fi interference from other local networks, which can also lead to a permanent reduction in speed. No ISP can be responsible for your local environment, this is mainly a by-product of the popularity of Wi-Fi.

Do you have any wired connections & if so, how do they perform?

Generally speaking, the 2.4GHz band suffers much more from interference than the 5GHz band, but the 2.4GHz one can sometimes have a better range, but this all depends on your local area.
