I am due to go live on 17th August. Still have not had the confirmation email so have nothing in writing. Do not know whether a new router is on its way or even if it is needed.

Hi @Nippersmum expectation management department here😊😜 please remember go live could be any time up to midnight and the router may benefit from a 30 minute router reboot if the speeds are not where you expect them.

Hi @Nippersmum good news that you have an open order, probably don't need a new router. As for comms from the comms company tt words fail me.
