General query regarding the fibre 35 offer. I have noted there is a charge of £4.95 for sending out a Wifi Hub. If you already have a powerful router/hub, can the charge be removed or are you automatically charged even when an extra is unnecessary?

So I would suggest calling our Customer Loyalty Team during Business hours (Monday to Saturday 10:00am to 18:00pm) on 03451720046 or try our Live chat service
They can remove the order for the router

You can then tell them you don't need a Hub, @chrismyers777 aand check thoroughly for any other unwanted extras.
