Upgraded 2 weeks ago and wish we hadn't. The download speed is less than 1 but the upload is about 13. Phoned today and after 2 hours the speed was much improved but again tonight it is down to 0.9. Wishing I'd changed supplier and not upgraded.

I'm sorry for the delay. I've run a test on the line now which hasn't detected a fault. Could you try powering down the router for a full 30 minutes and then retest the speed again please. Are you also running the speed tests wired or wireless?

What make/model of router do you have & what does it show the speeds to be when you log into it?
Are your speed tests done on a wired (Ethernet) or a wireless connection to the router?
