Fibre 65 issues still on going

So.after a TT engineer could find no fault in my home and an openreach engineer found a fault in my phone line the issue is still on going. Now TT has made changes to my exchange box. It's still not helped, my speeds are still low and if this situation does not improve I'm leaving. TT only cares about money and not service. I've been looking at sky and bt broadband both have great deals and far better customer service. If you don't want to lose me as a customer then sort this out TT.

TT team are going to contact me in next few days  to book an openreach appointment. I just want this resolved. I've been in the test socket before I got my new router and it didn't help.

Hi Gav 31,

 

Line test is passing but your router sync speed is low. Is your router currently connected to your Test Socket?

 

Are you experiencing any problems with your telephone service, any noise on the line?
