Fibre 65 renewal offer amazon echo dot and smart plug

I renewed my broadband to the fibre 65 on the 18th of March 2021 with an email saying I'd get another email in 37days time to pick either an amazon echo dot and smart plug or a ring door bell. I have had no such email as of yet and it's been about 47 days. Please may you send me the email to confirm which 1 I'd like??

If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include your home telephone number, we will then be able to have a look at your  account.

To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.
