Hello,

Ive been on Fibre 65 for quite a few years, and the speeds seemed to have dropped over the past year or so, used to log into the router and see at least 55mbps and 20 up, now its showing 49mbps and 19 up, ive tried a reboot, factory reset and it doesnt change, could someone have a look for me please?

Thanks

Jason

Same here,

Connection up and down.

Spoke to TalkTalk yesterday went through their whole process. Even whilst doing their tests you could see the speed between the router and my device was up and down. Even tested another device and it was the same.

On demand TV buffers, had problems with laptop too on calls.

Test they said connection was unstable.

In the end they blamed all my devices as the speeds "to" the router were fine and said to contact the manufacturer.

It didnt go down well after 2 hours of talking to them. I've raised a complaint as I'm in the same house, same contract, had TalkTalk over 4 years so I know how it functions.

A similar thing happened with my last router and they sent me a new one and it immediately fixed the issue.

I will be looking at moving provider as my devices all work fine on other WiFi connections. Ridiculous

Unfortunately, support staff are no longer available here and this will require you contact TalkTalk directly as the forum is now peer to peer and this is something we are, on this occasion, unable to help you with.
Please see the link in my signature for ways to contact TalkTalk.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link here: How to contact TalkTalk Broadband - Help & Support.
