Fibre Broadband - Service Centre

Hello

 

I'm upgrading to Fibre today and wanted to check something

 

When I performed a speed test via within the My Account area webpage recently I noticed on the service centre page 'Your Router' box. It shows a orange exclamation mark and says 'Our health check shows you're using one of our latest routers, but its software needs updating'.

Do I need to action anything?

Hi

 

Firmware updates are usually pushed automatically in the early hours.

 

If this has not updated tomorrow then we can push a firmware manually.  

 

when a router is first connected, it registers with the ACS server and the updates are then auto pushed the following night.
