Hi,

Have been told by the home move team that my fibre isn't available at my new address, even though sky and BT both say they can supply fibre there ?

If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include your home telephone number, we will then be able to have a look at your account.

To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.

Thank you for your response, I would guess that all TT fibre lines in the box are taken then, looks like I'll have to cancel contract and switch to BT/Sky who have already said they can supply fibre at the new home.

@miwright64  EXACTLY what product are you trying to order ?

 

If it's Fibre 35/65/150 it could be that the cabinet is full.

 

Future Fibre - Data Only is not yet available to TT customers in all areas even if Openreach have installed the local infrastructure.
