Hi,

 

Over the last week my Internet keeps dropping and can be down for a few hours.

 

Support are you able to check my line please?

This fault has now been closed by Openreach - Fault found and cleared at PCP.

 

Is this working ok now?

Thanks for your reply.

 

I have raised this fault over to Openreach to be investigated by a line engineer.

 

We should receive further updates from Openreach within the next 48-72hrs.

Currently there is a dial tone and a little noise on the line.

Yes We have also had times we there's been no dial tone.

Hello,

 

I'm sorry to hear this. I've run a test on the line now which has detected a potential fault. Can I just confirm, are you experiencing any issues with the voice service such as noise on the line or no dial tone?
