I recently signed up for another 18 months for TalkTalk Faster Fibre, I also signed up for Fibre Speed Boost.
I can see the boost on my account under "Your flexible Broadband boosts" but my download and upload speeds haven't increased.
Is the boost actually enabled?
Hi @gavinbrattan thanks for the information. I think you do need the TT team on this as the sync details would suggest that the boost is a waste of money.
Let's see what the guys say,they are very good!
All line tests are clear, but the sync speed is lower than it should be, and the profile is set low.
I can see a lot of drops. I've a new router on the way so this can be ruled out.
Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

Thanks for the new router, I've had it plugged in for a few days now but the speeds haven't really changed:
|Upstream line rate (kbit/s):||7768|
|Downstream line rate (kbit/s):||32398|
|Maximum upstream rate (kbit/s):||7768|
|Maximum downstream rate (kbit/s):||43732|
Is there anything else I can try?
Are you experiencing any problems with your telephone service, any noise on the line?
How many telephone sockets do you have? Do you have anything connected to your telephone socket(s) in addition to your router?
Your connection looks stable and your router is in sync at 33.9Mbps. Is your router situated close to other electrical devices that could be causing interference? Does it connect to a multi-socket electrical extension lead shared with other device?
The router was connected via an extension, I've just plugged it into a separate mains socket.
The router is also next to a mesh network device connected by ethernet (wifi isn't enabled on the router). Could interference affect the DSL speed?
