Just wondered if you could check the status of my Fault and/or shed any more light on what actually happened to my line please?
Last Friday my fibre connection and phoneline went down approx 11am. A couple of hours later I got reconnected but at a significantly reduced speed - 10mbps down and 0.3mbps up but phoneline still down. I reported the fault in Service Centre and it allocated an engineer etc. I was just wondering if someone can tell me what's going on as it's been like this for 3 days now.

I'm sorry to hear this.
I can see that this fault is with Openreach and was assigned to a line engineer this morning.
We should receive further updates later this afternoon.
