Hi - so our broadband was working fine until yesterday afternoon, after which point it has not worked at all. It just says "connected without internet" meaning we can't, obviously, use the internet
I've tried switching the router off and leaving it half an hour or so before switching it back on again
We've tried resetting the router by pushing something into the recessed button for 30 seconds or so, but no avail
Any tips or pointers gratefully received.
