I have recently moved house and I have just had an engineer come out to install it, he said it should all be working fine. The router has a solid white light and I can find my WiFi network but when I connect the error message comes up “you do not have permission to view this directory or page “
I wasn’t sure if I was being impatient as my go live date was today and didn’t know whether I might have to wait a few hours.

on the day of install, the service can go live at any time up to midnight. So lets give it a few more hours for the orders to complete.
