Fibre speed boost not working

I upgraded to fibre fast last week. The order has gone through and contract updated, but my speed and settings remain the same as standard fibre - 38mbps.

Ive checked your order and the Fibre speed boost was not part of the order, I can fix this for you, but first I need you to answer some data protection questions. I have sent you a personal message on to your community profile.

Tried modem power off for 30 mins but still no different.
