My fibre speed is only reaching 39 rather than 63. When i reported this last week you sent a PM saying that you have detected a line fault but i am unable to reply to it as your website won't open the message properly. I try to type in that i am happy to accept the potential engineer charges but there is no reply button to click on.
If you could send an engineer that would be great, thank you
