Fibre upgrade - how long??

Hello,

 

I upgraded to Fibre as slow internets making working from home really difficult.

 

When I first signed up for this it said it would make changes within 24 hours - This was Friday (27th March) in the morning.

 

I still have really slow internet, does anyone have any ideas when my Fibre will be up and running?
