Fibre upload speed decreasing

Hi, I upgraded to the fibre speed boost and it went live early August.

Everything was fine and I was getting 60+ MBps download and 20 upload.

A few days back, I noticed upload went down to 17, The next day, 15. The day after 12 and finally today it synced at 10. 

Download speed is unchanged at around 63 MBps

Please can you explain why the upload speed has halved (and is back to what it was before I upgraded to the fibre speed boost).

Thanks for your reply. I can also see that the upload sync speed is 7.2mb.

Would it be ok to leave the router switched on without rebooting over the weekend so DLM can monitor the connection with the new micro filter connected?

Hi,

Yesterday the upload decreased to 7.5 and this morning it is 7.2.

I did turn off the router for 30 mins yesterday and it resynced at 7.5 upload yesterday.

I have put in a new microfilter this morning and it synced at 7.2.

The download is fine at 64 it's the upload that is slowing down daily.

The download speed is fine ie 64Mbps. 

The problem is the UPLOAD speed is decreasing day by day. Today it is 8.5 Mbps. It seems to be resetting the connection each night. It was stable at 20 throughout August.

I'm really sorry to hear this.

The line is showing in sync at 64mb.

Please can you power down the router for a full 30 minutes and then run a speed test once the router has been switched back on?
