We got Fibre150 a few weeks ago. After installation I ran a couple of tests that verified the speed was at the 150Mb/s as advertised/promised and at the speed we are paying for. This morning I've run a couple of different tests and they both come in at 50Mb/s. This is clearly not the speed we're paying for. So are TalkTalk going to refund and take me off the Fibre150 tariff? Or do I need to raise a complaint?
