Fibre65 and my landline have been down for over 16 hrs in the March area of Cambridgeshire. TalkTalk chat line claim as usual, there is no issues. However many people are experiencing similar issues, in the same town and outlying villages, as can been seen on over a hundred posts of the FB group March Free Discusson Group. Do I have to make a formal complaint to get these issues, as quite clearly there is a major issue, as my service provider you are responsible for keeping me updated and resolve the issue.

Our Network Team have escalated this fault to be investigated further. This appears to be affecting a small number of exchanges.
