I have the firmware 'SG4K10002816t' with the known connection dropping issues.

 

I waited a month for my router to arrive after my install due to someone entering the date for it's dispatch in the US format, and had my driveway damaged and then repaired during the install itself, I guess as bad things happen in threes, a faulty router should have been expected.

 

Can I please have the latest firmware update to rectify this issue, as of this morning all of my phone data has been eaten up due to the internet dropping out again.

Hi Nick,

 

Firmware is being rolled out in batches over the next few weeks so your router will pick up the update at some point when it is pushed out.

The next firmware is V0130, which is under test, I am not saying that TalkTalk will not upgrade your router, but the latest firmware is what you have. Assuming V0130 is put on general release, you will be automatically updated.

The posts I've seen say that this is the firmware with the issue, hence why a rollout is being done to address this with an update 🤷🏻‍♂️

2816 is the latest firmware on general release at the moment.
