Firmware update

Hi, I am regularly losing internet connection at the moment which is resolved by restarting my router. I am wondering if it could do with a firmware update. Current version is SG4K10002816t. How do I get the latest version if this isn't it?

Hi @abruckshaw,

 

You are on the latest commonly released firmware, there is a new version being gradually rolled out, but the rollout is currently paused as TalkTalk are making a further small change to it.

 

When you lose connection what does the LED on the router do, does it remain solid white, or does it flash amber and then amber / white ?

 

Is the issue affecting both wired and wireless devices ?

 

For one of the TalkTalk staff on this community to be able to look into this you will need to update your community profile to include your name, landline telephone number that your TalkTalk service is provided on & an alternative contact number. This will allow them to identify you, and they will then be able to help.

 

Don't post any personal details in this thread, just add them to your community profile.

 

Then they will hopefully be able to respond to this post tomorrow.
