My internet suddenly went off this evening and has not since reconnected. I have tried unplugging, resetting etc but no avail. I don’t have a spare router to do a hardware check and mobile internet is not great to hotspot when WFH. My service went live on 13/10and has been okay until now. Please could I request some urgent help?

You should also receive a text message. I will keep monitoring this and and I will post back on this thread once I receive further updates from Openreach.

I'm really sorry to hear this.
I've completed a line test which has detected a potential line fault and this has been escalated to Openreach to be investigated by a line engineer.
We should receive further updates from Openreach within the next 48-72hrs.
