Free echo dot and smart plug offer

Hi, I renewed my contract on 17th February and had a offer of a free echo dot and smart plug or a security camera. I then received a email on 21st of February asking me to choose what gift I wanted and I chose the echo dot and plug. I have not heard anything else regarding this offer since and it is now 23rd March.  Could anyone update me on this please or look into what is happening. Thank you

why is it so hard to get any answers to the question   talk talk advertise the free gift and you sign up then nothing from them at all

@oldbenny61could you start your own thread if you still require assistance with this (one customer per thread) and ensure your profile is up-to-date with Home tel number etc.

The gift can take upto 37 days after you have picked your choice, so it should be with you soon.
