Hi, I renewed my contract on 17th February and had a offer of a free echo dot and smart plug or a security camera. I then received a email on 21st of February asking me to choose what gift I wanted and I chose the echo dot and plug. I have not heard anything else regarding this offer since and it is now 23rd March. Could anyone update me on this please or look into what is happening. Thank you

@oldbenny61could you start your own thread if you still require assistance with this (one customer per thread) and ensure your profile is up-to-date with Home tel number etc.
