Full Fibre to Premises

I have just had a letter from Openreach saying they have recently rolled out FTTP (Full Fibre to Premises) broadband to our area and that I could contact my supplier to upgrade to it. They say that with FTTP there will be no dropping out or buffering. I am currently on a ‘faster fibre’ broadband contract but my service constantly buffers and is often slow. Do I need to upgrade to FTTP?

Hi Peter,

I'm sorry for the delay. Would you like us to look into your connection for you? Are you still experiencing slow speeds and buffering at the moment?

Thanks

@PeterH73

BT FTTP, you can keep a phone line.

TalkTalk FTTP over the same network is BROADBAND ONLY.
