My Future Fibre Broadband router has had an orange light on it for I believe the last 24hrs,
I have called the tech team but annoyingly the one for future fibre isn’t 24hr (very unhelpful) yesterday a reset was done on the line but still not working,
can anyone suggest any course of action

I'm sorry to hear this. Unfortunately we can't provide support for Future Fibre via the Community at the moment. Have you tried Live Chat?
