Future Fibre not meeting minimum download speed

Hi,

 

I had Future Fibre installed a few weeks ago and on the day of install I was getting 230mb download. I'm paying for 500mb with a guaranteed minimum of 250mb. 

 

I've left it for a few weeks now and there's still no improvement; I'm averaging 210mb.

 

Is there anything you can suggest?
