Future fibre

We never received account details for our future fibre account. We have internet but haven’t received bills and have no one to complain to when there is an unstable connection. We have tried calling and all we get are qs regarding an account no. We never received or a phone number which we obviously don’t have as future fibre is not linked to a phone line (it’s a data connection). I don’t want to up getting a 6 month billing all at once… and for a service that has been mediocre at best. can anyone help?!

Without any account information it will difficult to escalate this. 

 

Can you add your full postal address to the private notes section of your community profile and I will see if I can find an account.

Hi @LoLaOli no idea how to help other than to reassure that your post has been escalated and the ff team will be in touch shortly after the weekend. I'm guessing they will contact you by personal message for security reasons
