Good Evening,

 

I am looking to join TalkTalk under the Fibre 150 plan.

 

I just wanted to know, as part of the installation process does the Engineer provide an Openreach Modem?

I've just checked and the router order is progressing but there tracking number hasn't been generated yet. I'll check again in the morning

Hi CJT1980,

 

I'm sorry about this, I missed this on Friday so I've just attempted to order it now but the system won't let me place the order so I've escalated it to have a router sent ASAP. You should receive the router tomorrow, apologies for the delay
